Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding $60 and $10 flat for everything under $60.
- Rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to fulfill our shipping needs.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Order Processing
- Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.
- Expect an email within an hour or purchase to let you know your order is on the way.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the US. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide, but international rates and delivery times may vary.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Tracking Information
- Customers receive tracking information via email upon shipment of their order.
- Order status can be monitored using the provided tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged package, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly:
- For lost parcels, we will resend the item with a new tracking number to ensure timely delivery.
- For damaged goods, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label, allowing you to return the item at no additional cost. Upon receipt, we will expedite a replacement.
