Return and Refund Policy

CIBU® Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact us to discuss a return or request a refund. Please note the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

• Return and Refund Requests: All return and refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
• Product Integrity: Quality is very important to us. We take protecting the integrity of the products we sell seriously. We do not permit the resale of used, damaged, or expired products.
• Return Procedure: Products purchased online cannot be returned in the salon. To initiate a return, please fill out the contact us form. A return label will be provided via the email that you used to purchase the product(s). Items should be returned via UPS ground.
• Refund Process: Please allow 5-7 business days after the return is received for your refund to be processed.
