There are no fees to sign up or cancel the subscription! To subscribe to a Cibu product, shop the website and add to cart the subscription product type and select your desired autoship frequency. Autoship frequency options are: 30, 60, 90, and 120 day frequency. Once you have completed checkout, your first subscription order will be processed and shipped. You will be charged for your future recurring subscription orders at the autoship frequency you selected. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time under “Manage Subscriptions” in your Account Dashboard. You can adjust the quantity of the product, autoship frequency, skip an upcoming recurring subscription order, edit your shipping address, edit billing and payment method, swap for a different subscription product or flavor, add new subscription products, and also cancel the subscription any time, although changes must be received by the change date in order to apply to your order.

You’ll be notified by email 3 days before an upcoming charge for your recurring subscription order, in case you need to modify it or cancel the subscription. Please note that canceling your subscription within your subscription account will not cancel the pending recurring subscription order if it has already been submitted for processing. To successfully prevent a recurring subscription order from processing, please cancel your subscription before the scheduled charge date.
